Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any time from You → Membership → Cancel membership. Cancelling stops future recurring charges, and you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

Charges for the current period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of duplicate or erroneous charges.

To request a refund review, contact us through the Grievance & Contact page within 7 days of the charge.
